Richard (Dick) McIntire, Co-Owner
Dick graduated from Mapletown High School and went on to Robert Morris College. He served two years in the U.S. Army and was honorably discharged. After working as a life insurance agent specializing in employee benefits with Equitable Life from 1975 until 1985, Dick established his own employee benefits agency in 1986. He subsequently became licensed as a life, health, property and casualty broker. In his free time, Dick enjoys golf, baseball, and football.

Joyce McIntire, Co-Owner
Joyce graduated from Greater Latrobe Senior High School and went on to obtain a B.S. in Business Computer Science with a minor in Finance from St. Vincent College. From 1979 to 1995 she was Assistant Vice President of the Investment Department at R. K. Mellon and Sons. In 1995, she joined McIntire Insurance Services, established by her husband, Dick. Joyce has been licensed as a life, health, and property casualty producer since 1991. In her spare time, Joyce enjoys reading, bowling, watching the Steelers, playing the piano, traveling, and cooking.
